I spent years in garages watching the same thing happen. Someone drops a car off at eight in the morning for a job that takes forty minutes, then loses the whole day waiting for a phone call. That always struck me as daft.
So now I come to you. Your drive, your work car park, wherever it's parked. You get on with your day and I get on with the car.
Turns out most jobs never needed a garage in the first place.

What I quote is what you pay. If I find something else, you get a phone call before I touch it — never a surprise on the bill afterwards.

Every time. They go in front of you, not in the bin. You should be able to see what you paid for.
