Yes — that's the whole idea. Your drive, the street, or your work car park. As long as there's room to work safely around the car and it's legal to park there, Les will come to it.
An MOT itself has to be done at an approved test centre, so no. What Les does is MOT preparation — he goes over the car exactly the way a tester would, fixes what would fail, and then it sails through. Far cheaper than failing and paying for a retest.
Depends entirely on the car and the job, which is why every quote is free and there's no obligation. Ring Les, describe the problem, and he'll give you a real number — not a "from" price that doubles when he turns up.
He rings you and explains it before doing anything. You decide. Nothing gets added to the bill that you haven't agreed to first.
